Credential verification
Where professional guiding credentials or destination permissions are required, their status is checked before assignment. We do not publish a certificate number without the individual guide’s permission.

English ability is assessed for real guest communication—not only memorized site commentary. Guides must explain context clearly, listen well and welcome questions.
Service without shopping pressure
No compulsory retail stops, commission-led detours or substitutions are added to a MoodGoing route without the traveller’s agreement.
Preparation and care
The assigned team receives the confirmed route, guest profile, dietary notes, mobility information and emergency coordination details needed for the service.

We identify who prepared the content, show publication or review dates where appropriate, connect advice to relevant services and avoid presenting unverified claims, invented credentials or paid endorsements as fact.
Government entry rules, transport schedules, venue access and supplier conditions can change. Final journey details are verified again before booking confirmation.
